At RBulhões Studio, we combine creativity and organization to deliver renderings that don't just enchant — they sell, explain, and generate impact efficiently.
Many developers come to us after frustrating experiences with other studios: dragged-out processes, deliveries misaligned with the project, and images that don't spark the desire they should. That's why we created a process designed for maximum fluidity and minimum client effort. And now, we're opening this behind-the-scenes look for you.
Let's use the Central Park Condomínio Club project by developer Rev³ in São Paulo as an example. We developed 21 images (13 exterior, 4 interior, and 4 humanized floor plans) in less than 60 days, with punctual deliveries and final-quality results on the first shot.
Process Steps:
1. Reception and Technical Analysis
We receive and organize the entire project base: floor plans, sections, facades, site plans, and landscaping. We ensure everything is clear before starting.
2. Strategic Briefing and Team
We ask key questions to understand the target audience, communication objectives, and the development's essence. Internally, we gather visual references that will guide our production. At this moment, we distribute tasks to the ideal team for this project: 6 people total — 3 in modeling/finishing, 2 in post-production, and 1 in project management.
3. Shade: Cameras and Composition
We model in 3ds Max, study angles and compositions, and conduct rigorous reviews in Miro. Then, we present the client with a clear visual proposal for camera and volumetric validation.
4. First Shot: Materials, Lighting, and Post-Production
We apply textures, refine lighting, and begin telling the visual story. The post-production team receives the render with a complete briefing, references, and clear objectives. Everything is reviewed internally before presentation — already at final level.
5. Final Shot: High Resolution and Consistency
We adjust details, render in high resolution with RebusFarm support, and ensure consistency across images. Final delivery made with clarity and excellence.
6. Post-Sale and Feedback
After the project, we seek client feedback to understand how we can evolve. Our goal is to build long-term relationships based on results, fluidity, and trust.
